I accept several major insurance plans and will bill your insurance on your behalf. However, please note that I am not always able to verify your individual benefits prior to your appointment. It is your responsibility to confirm your coverage, including any copays, deductibles, or session limits, before your visit.

By completing your booking, you are acknowledging and agreeing to this policy. Any balance not covered by your insurance plan will be billed to you directly.
